• Advise our clients in the financial services industry on complex issues related to lean management, organizational and process optimization, standardization, and business unit accounting
• Work as part of a team with experienced consultants to develop customized solutions and strategies across the full range of business activities of major banks, public-sector banks, insurance companies, and other financial institutions

• Analyze complex data relationships and use them to identify courses of action and optimization recommendations
• Work with the client to implement targeted and streamlined measures across various areas of organizational optimization
• Work with our consultants to develop methodological approaches and innovative digital solutions, and contribute your experience and ideas

• A master’s or diploma degree with above-average grades in a business-related field ( business administration, economics, finance) or a comparable degree program, ideally with a focus on finance, consulting, or organizational development
• Ideally, initial experience in a company in the consulting, industrial, or financial services sector
• A strong interest in complex economic issues, as well as a curiosity about varied tasks and topics

• Analytical and conceptual skills, along with a solution-oriented, pragmatic approach
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a professional demeanor
• Fluency in German and English, as well as strong proficiency in all standard MS Office applications
